Sgt. Jacob Wolterbeek, 41, of Portsmouth, NH, was an 18-year veteran of the Biddeford, ME Police Department. He tragically lost his life on December 12, 2024, in a crash on the Piscataqua River Bridge while driving home to Portsmouth.

He is survived by his wife and three young children.
